Hydrospeed

The briquetting machine Holzmag “Hydrospeed” is designed for fully automatic 24 hr operation and features sophisticated electronics which both control and monitor. The unique chamber press system makes it possible to easily compact even very abrasive materials to form manageable, stackable briquettes of various cross-sectional forms up to max. 16 cm wide and 8 cm high.

In this press system, the material is pre-compacted using a vertical cylinder and via a loading drawer, then fed into a press mould, to then be compacted from both sides by a hydro-cylinder to form a briquette. The briquette is then pushed out from the press mould. As precursor of the Hydrospeed chamber press, this machine has retained its significance for paper, wood, animal feed, and ALU, thanks to its lighter construction

Hydropress
Bei diesem Press-System wird das Material über einen Vertikalzylinder und über eine Schublade vorverdichtet, in eine Pressform geführt, um danach von beiden Seiten mittels Hydro-Zylinder zu einem Brikett verpresst zu werden. Das Brikett wird dann aus der Pressform herausgeschoben. Als Vorgänger der Hydrospeed Kammerpresse hat diese Maschine für Papier, Holz, Futtermittel und ALU durch ihre leichtere Bauweise ihren Stellenwert erhalten.
